Q. Can I use my new card straight away?
A. Yes, just complete and return the activation form.

Q. How many Points will I earn?
A. Earn Points for every dollar you spend with us:

• 1 Point per $1 AUD in Australia (Minimum spend $10 AUD)
• 1 Point per 4 AED in Dubai (Minimum spend 40 AED)
• 1 Point per $2 SGD in Singapore (Minimum spend $15 SGD)

B. Bonus points will also be offered for hotel and restaurant promotions from time to time. Members may earn base Points for up to two rooms per stay, if all eligible charges for both rooms are paid together on one folio.

Q. How do I use my Points?
A. Simply present your card when you are checking out and say that you would like to use your Points as payment. Rewards can be redeemed only in multiples of $5.*

Q. Can I redeem my Points at any Leisure Inn or Park Regis property?
A. You can redeem your Points at any participating property in Australia, Dubai or Singapore. For a full list of participating properties please click here.

Q. How many Points do I need to earn in order to redeem?
A. A minimum of $25 (625 Points) may be redeemed.*

Q. How can I find out how many Points I have?
A. A monthly statement will be sent to you with your Points balance. You can also check your Points balance by clicking here and entering your card number, last name and date of birth.

Q. Are there any restrictions on the Points I can earn?
A. Due to processing costs, you will only be able to earn Points on transactions of $10 or more*. Only full or eligible rates for stays will earn Points. 'Hot deals' or stays that are booked via a third party website other than the Leisure Inn Hotels website are not eligible stays irrespective of rate paid, for the purpose of earning Points. No Points will be awarded for "no show" situations when a member has made a reservation guaranteed with a credit card but then does not check into the hotel – irrespective of whether of not the member's credit card is charged for any portion of the reserved stay.

Q. Will my Points ever expire?
A. Your Points are valid for 12 months from the date that you earned them. If your account is inactive for 12 months your Points will no longer be valid.

Q. Do I have to pay with my credit card to earn Points?
A. No, you can pay anyway you like - cash, credit card or EFTPOS.

Q. How is my privacy protected?
A. Stay Well Rewards is committed to protecting the privacy of all our guests with special programs and safeguards. Your login is always executed through a secure connection and your details will not be passed onto a third party.

Q. How do I become a Gold member?
A. You are eligible to become a Gold member once you have spent $2,500AUD or 9,400AED or $3,200SGD within a 12-month period (equivalent of around 20 room nights) at any of our Leisure Inn or Park Regis properties as a member of the StayWell Rewards Program. Gold Stay Well Rewards Members earn Stay Well Rewards Points at a rate of 1.5 times that of a Classic Member from the date their membership is upgraded.

• In Australia – 1.5 point sper $1 AUD for spend over $10 AUD
• In Dubai – 1.5 points per 4 AED AUD for spend over 40 AED
• In Singapore – 1.5 points per $2 SGD for spend over $15 AUD

B. Upgrades are completed quarterly and Gold Stay Well Rewards Members. Upon upgrade to Gold Membership, Stay Well Points life is extended to 48 months from the date of the transaction in which they are earned, after which time any unused points will expire.
