Terms and ConditionsEach Stay Well Rewards Program Member is bound by the following conditions of use:
1. You can use your Stay Well Rewards Card immediately and your use of the Stay Well Rewards Card will amount to acceptance of these conditions. Your Stay Well Rewards Account is only activated and allocated to you on receipt of a completed and signed Application Form. Your application is subject to acceptance by Leisure Inn Hospitality Management Pty Ltd. If you do not wish to accept these conditions, please return the Stay Well Rewards Card to Leisure Inn Hospitality Management Pty Ltd.
2. On presentation of your Stay Well Rewards Card, you will automatically earn Stay Well Rewards Points with every qualifying purchase of $10 or more made at any participating property.
3. Stay Well Reward points can only be earned and redeemed on stays booked directly with the hotel by email, phone, fax, via the internet on www.staywellgroup.com or walk-in.
4. Participating properties include the Leisure Inn and Park Regis properties specified on this website.
5. Only one Stay Well Rewards membership card can be used per transaction.
6. Stay Well Rewards Points will be allocated to your Stay Well Rewards Account 7 days after your purchase.
7. You can check your available Stay Well Rewards points balance and other details by
clicking here. You will be required to log into your account using your Stay Well Rewards card number and your surname.
8. Members earn 1 Point for every $1.00 spent, at any participating Stay Well Rewards property. You must have a minimum of $25 (625 Points) worth of Stay Well Rewards Points in your Account to redeem. Rewards may only be redeemed in multiples of $5.
9. Points will not be awarded on accommodation deemed as ‘long stay’. Long Stay is defined as stays 21 or more nights in duration where a weekly rate is applied. However points can be earned on extra services such as food and beverage.
10. To redeem your Stay Well Rewards Points, present your Stay Well Rewards Card when you pay for your stay at a participating property. You will be required to sign a receipt for your redemption.
11. Stay Well Rewards Points may be redeemed for stays at participating properties but may be subject to restrictions set by Leisure Inn Hospitality Management Pty Ltd from time to time.
12. No change will be given for purchases valued at less than the face value of the Points you are redeeming. You will be required to pay the difference in value.
13. Cards are for individual member use and not corporate group use.
14. Cards can be shared with family and friends.
15. Your Stay Well Rewards Program Membership and Points Balance is not transferable.
16. Stay Well Rewards Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
17. If you obtain a refund, the Stay Well Rewards Points earned on the original transaction will be deducted from your account. If you obtain a refund for any goods or services that you purchased by redeeming your Stay Well Rewards Points you will receive a credit voucher for the value of the Points that were redeemed. You will be required to present your Stay Well Rewards Card in order to complete refund transactions.
18. If you use your Stay Well Rewards Card and have provided an email address, you will receive regular communication showing Points accumulated to that date.
19. Stay Well Points are valid for 24 months from the date of the transaction in which they are earned, after which time they will expire.
20. If your account is inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months, all Points in your account will be expired.
21. Leisure Inn Hospitality Management Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify the Stay Well Rewards Program at any time without prior notification.
22. If Leisure Inn Hospitality Management Pty Ltd decide to close the Stay Well Rewards Program, they will give you 3 months notice of the close down by advertising in the public notice columns in the major daily newspapers. If you do not redeem your available Stay Well Rewards Points within that period they will expire.
23. All Stay Well Rewards members will be enrolled as a Classic member. Members are eligible for upgrade to a Gold Stay Well Rewards Card after having spent $2,500 within a 12-month period (the equivalent of a minimum of 20 nights stayed). Upgrades are completed quarterly.
24. Gold Stay Well Rewards Members will earn 1.5 Points per $1.00 spent at any participating Stay Well Rewards property from the date their membership is upgraded.
25. Event Planners who are invited to be members of Stay Well Rewards are eligible to receive 1,250 points (points to a redemption value of $50) upon booking and paying for an event, function or conference with a value in excess of $500 at participating Leisure Inn or Park Regis properties. You Stay Well Rewards Card must be shown or member number quoted at time of booking.
26. It is a requirement of the program to provide an email address. If members do not provide an address we are unable to communicate with you.
27. Platinum member discount off rack rate is subject to availability and valid for one room per Platinum member per night.
